For years, I have been searching for a good seasoning mix for Beef Stew. I need your recipe. Tried this recipe for beef stew seasoning today and found it to have way too much pepper. oh no! I have been using homemade seasoning packets for awhile now and needed a beef stew one badly. :). I really wondered if maybe it should be two teaspoons rather than tablespoons. I haven’t tried it so I can’t promise, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I haven’t tried making it gluten free — I think you could use almond flour or cornstarch (a smaller amount of cornstarch probably).
